Highbridge Management was founded in 2005 by John Roth and Carlo Cioffi in Schenectady, New York, and we’re proud to serve the greater New York Capital Region. As a commercial property management company, we’ve spent decades helping landlords and tenants navigate the challenges of real estate so they can focus on what they do best—running their businesses. Whether it’s commercial leasing, brokerage, or day-to-day property management, our team is all about tackling issues before they become problems. John Roth

Partner

John Roth, a Co-Founder and Partner, leverages his construction expertise to enhance property management, resolving building issues efficiently and effectively. As President of Plank LLC, a general contractor, and having owned and managed over half a million square feet of real estate during his career, he understands the time and effort required to maintain quality properties. Known for his commitment to excellence, John fosters strong, lasting relationships with clients and the community.
 

Matt Roth

Director of Operations

Matt Roth, Director of Operations since 2020, joined the team after nearly a decade in real estate development in New York City. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management, he oversees day-to-day operations, maintenance, problem-solving, and client relations, ensuring seamless and efficient property management. Matt is also the Principal Broker of Copper Realty Group, LLC, where he applies his expertise in real estate transactions.
 

Carlo Cioffi

Partner

Carlo Cioffi, a Co-Founder and Partner, brings extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and risk management. A Certified Public Accountant and magna cum laude graduate of Siena College, he has a strong background in construction and real estate, including his role as Accounting Manager at Teal, Becker, and Chiaramonte. Passionate about giving back, Carlo actively serves on the board of Jack’s Place and consistently supports various important community initiatives.
 

Andrea Cortelyou

Director of Accounting

Andrea Cortelyou, Director of Accounting Services since 2018, oversees Highbridge’s financial operations, budget management, and compliance. A SUNY Oswego graduate in Economics and Accounting, she previously worked as Controller at Summit Senior Living. Andrea serves on the Board of the Downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation and volunteers with local organizations, where her expertise leaves a lasting impact.
